Personalised guidance
High-quality mentoring
A safe, intimate learning environment
Strong community connection
This is a hallmark of the Paus Yoga training experience.
-
Our 200HR YTT requires a minimum of 90% attendance for live sessions. Out of 30 training days, up to 3 days (10%) may be missed, with the understanding that any missed weekend sessions must be supported by a valid reason (e.g. medical, family emergency, or unavoidable work commitments), subject to approval by Paus Yoga.
-
All missed content must be made up through assigned pre-recorded sessions, readings, and written or practical assignments, and trainees must demonstrate understanding of the topics covered.
-
If required training hours or competencies are not met, graduation and certification may be deferred, and trainees may complete approved make-up sessions by joining the next cohort (July 2026 – October 2026). Certification will only be issued upon full completion of all required hours and requirements.
