Paus & RecoveRing
Take A Pause
Beginners
I Feel Released
Release tension and reset your nervous system. A slow, yin-based class (gentle, deep stretches held for longer) built around myofascial release, a technique of applying pressure to tight muscles to help them let go.
You'll work with MFR balls or our signature Korean recovery tool, RecoveRing, to ease everyday tension, support recovery from injury, and help you sleep better. The class closes with essential oils and aromatherapy to help you fully switch off. No yoga experience needed.
Best for athletes, office workers, carers, students, or anyone needing to slow down.
Only studio in Singapore that teaches RecoveRing.

I Feel Balanced
Our signature yin-yang class, balancing the two sides of yoga: stronger, active movement (yang) and slow, deep stretching held for longer (yin).
Together they build strength and flexibility in one session, and no two classes are quite the same, as each teacher brings their own style. Expect a mix of flowing movement, longer-held stretches, and simple mobility work to help you move more easily day to day. Props are on hand to make every pose work for your body, and the class ends with a touch of aromatherapy to help you relax.
A medium-intensity class, best for beginners learning the basics and anyone who wants a practice that works the body and ends in proper rest.
Sound & Restore
Take A Pause
Beginners
I Feel Restored
A slow, restful sound bath class that pairs gentle stretching with live sound. You'll settle into soft, prop-supported yin stretches (deep, easy holds that release tension) before a soundscape of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments helps calm your nervous system and quiet your mind. No experience needed.
Sessions close with essential oils and aromatherapy, and may include an optional tarot or oracle card draw for a moment of reflection.
Best for anyone feeling stretched thin, struggling to switch off, or simply after a deeply calming reset.
Please note: If you have a health condition, particularly a pacemaker, consult your doctor before attending. Wear comfortable clothing for full relaxation—towels, bolsters, and blankets will be provided for your cosmic sound journey.

Find Your Flow

I Feel Uplifted
A choreographed vinyasa class set to music, where each pose links to the next through smooth transitions timed to the rhythm. Rather than holding one posture at a time, you move continuously, building towards a signature sequence set to a single song.
Expect a proper sweat and a pace that rarely pauses, with no separate breathwork or savasana, so it feels distinct from anything else on the schedule: pure movement, driven by the music.
Made for music lovers and anyone who likes to move, with some vinyasa or flow experience behind them.

I Feel Inspired
New to Inside Flow? This is where you begin.
Inside Flow is not your traditional yoga class — it’s vinyasa flow meets choreography, where movement, music, and emotion come together. Think graceful, contemporary-inspired transitions, moving to the beat, and expressing your own story through the flow. In this class, we break down the fundamentals — how to connect breath to music, understand rhythm, and explore signature transitions step by step.
Expect continuous movement, a good sweat, and a little brain workout as you learn the choreo (and maybe even sing along). Less about perfect alignment, more about finding your expression and flow.
Best for those new to Inside Flow with some basic fitness or movement background.

I Feel Strong
A vinyasa flow class layered with core and mobility work, building towards beginner-friendly inversions and arm balances, the poses where you take your weight onto your hands or lift your feet off the ground.
Expect a targeted, step-by-step approach, with wall support and partner work along the way to help you progress safely.
This one's about challenging yourself and building the strength and confidence to go upside down. Best for anyone with some flow experience who's ready to take their practice off the mat and into the air.
AcroYoga (75 mins)
Rise With Power
Intermediate
I Feel Freedom
A partner-based practice that blends yoga with acrobatics, where you take turns in three roles: the base, the flyer, and the spotter.
Expect plenty of lifting, balancing, and flying, and a real core workout, all built on trust and clear communication with your partner. It's as much about connecting with the people around you as it is about the movement.
Bring a partner or come on your own and pair up there. Beginners and experienced practitioners are equally welcome. Best for anyone curious to try something playful, build core strength, and meet people along the way.
This class is a level up of our Acro Basic class.
