Aly Hassan
Founder | Head Trainer | Inside Flow Junior Teacher
Aly Hassan, the founder and head trainer at Paus Yoga, began her journey over a decade ago after leaving university in Singapore. In 2015, she embarked on her teaching career with a 200-hour certification in Rishikesh, India. Since then, she has delved into diverse movement practices that deeply resonate with her. With 500 hours of Yoga Medicine training in yoga therapy and her role as Singapore's Junior Teacher in Inside Flow, Aly blends traditional and modern practices to create dynamic and nurturing classes. Her passion for music and spinning, inspired by a spinning instructor course in Bali, infuses her practice with energy and excitement. Inside Flow, which combines her loves for music, flow, and introspection, is one of her specialties.
Aly's vision for Paus Yoga is to create a sanctuary where both teachers and students can truly grow, feel supported, and be fully seen and heard. Paus Yoga is a space to have fun, embrace challenges, and celebrate authenticity. Whether taking a refreshing pause from daily life or seeking to elevate their practice to new heights, Aly is dedicated to providing a warm, inviting environment for everyone. She eagerly anticipates welcoming you to the mat and embarking on this yoga journey together.
Melissa Yambao
Inside Flow Gold Teacher
Melissa found her love for yoga and Inside Flow through her life’s journey. Originally from the Philippines, Melissa embarked on a successful career in banking after leaving her home. However, a cancer diagnosis in 2015 grounded her and led her to explore self-awareness practices, movement, breathwork, and meditation. In 2020, she discovered Inside Flow, and by 2022, during the Bali Summit, she realized her passion for teaching after experiencing the profound connection between movement and music in navigating life’s ups and downs.
Now an In-Training Inside Flow Teacher, Melissa is dedicated to helping others relish every moment and stay true to themselves. In her classes, she hopes students can experience the transformative power of this practice and feel empowered to show up just as they are.

Francine Loh (Fran)
Yoga | Strong | Empower Stretch
Fran — your guide to mindful movement and self-discovery.
By day, Fran navigates the fast-paced corporate world with the wisdom of someone who has stepped away and come back stronger. Her transformative journey into yoga and teaching began with an existential crisis, prompting a courageous sabbatical from the corporate grind in search of deeper truths. This period of reflection revealed the power of pausing and the importance of flowing with life’s rhythms, rather than against them.
Fran wasn’t always ‘flexible’ in the traditional sense, but her unique path has carved a space where stereotypes dissolve and true self-discovery begins. Now, as a rejuvenated individual, she brings a dynamic, fun, and mindful approach to her classes. They are not just workouts but journeys where you can safely explore and express your true self.
Adi
Acroyoga | Yoga | Strong Inversions
Adi’s yoga journey began a decade ago in Bali, where he sought refuge from corporate life. Drawn to yoga’s balance and tranquility, he immersed himself in the practice, discovering its profound healing effects. Three years ago, he found his true passion—Acroyoga. Its playful, dynamic nature rekindled his love for movement, fostering connection, trust, and joy.
In 2023, Adi deepened his commitment by completing Yoga Teacher Training with Jyan. By early 2024, he was co-teaching, blending mindfulness and playfulness in every class. Rooted in ahimsa (non-harming), his teaching prioritizes safety, alignment, and support, helping students feel confident in their practice.
For Adi, yoga is more than movement—it’s self-discovery, trust, and community. His classes are filled with laughter, creativity, and adventure, making every session uplifting. Whether defying gravity in Acroyoga, mastering inversions, or flowing with power, Adi welcomes you to explore your potential and find joy in the journey.
Bee
Sound Bath
Bee’s yoga journey began in 2015, drawn to the practice by its ability to provide balance, clarity, and healing during life’s challenges. She believes that the lessons we learn on the mat extend far beyond the physical practice, offering valuable perspectives that can guide us through daily life.
With a deep passion for mindfulness and self-discovery, Bee encourages her students to connect with their inner selves, move at their own pace, and cultivate self-compassion and gratitude. Her classes are designed to be grounding and introspective, creating a safe space where students can tune in, release tension, and find moments of stillness.
In addition to yoga, Bee specializes in sound healing, using instruments like crystal singing bowls and chimes to facilitate deep relaxation and energetic harmony. Her sound baths offer a meditative journey, helping students reset their nervous systems and embrace a profound sense of peace.
Through her teaching, Bee hopes to inspire others to embrace the present moment, honor their personal journey, and find joy in both movement and stillness.
